Hours of Operation
8 am to 9 pm | 7 days a week | weather permitting

Scheduling
All scheduling requests must be made by phone or through email. Monday through Friday requests must be made 48 hrs in advance. Saturday and/or Sunday requests must be made by 12pm Wednesday. On-call or last minute requests are occasionally accepted depending on workload and availability.

Holidays
We do not presume any daily dog walking visits during holidays. If your pet(s) will need care, clients must call or email in advance to arrange visits. Please keep in mind that holidays are busy times. In order to provide the best service, once we are fully booked we will not take any additional bookings.

Weather Conditions
Every effort will be made to provide uninterrupted services. In excessive weather conditions, we will use our discretion for outdoor activity. Visits may have to be adjusted to suit your pet’s needs. Notification of cancellation due to severe weather will be made by 8am. In the case of pet sitting, it is strongly recommended that each client have an emergency contact that would be able to watch your pets in the event we are prevented from travel.

Fees
Our fees start at $10 and are subject to change.  Please contact us for a free consultation so that we may create the best pet care plan for you and your loved one.
